This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) that outlines the proper usage of our websites, and (“Website”), our game CardLife (“Game”) and any other services we provide. As such if you agree with the T&Cs then you are also agreeing to this Policy - so please read it carefully. If you do not agree to this Policy or any of the T&Cs then please stop using our Website, Game and any other services we may provide.

This Policy is in place to explain to you how we plan to use and protect your personal information that we gather when you use our Website, register an account (“Account”) or play our Game. This Policy will also outline how you can contact us and update, correct or delete any personal information we have gathered.

Please be aware this Policy only outlines how we collect and manage your data - it does not outline how any third party providers or websites (which we may link) manage your data, as they most likely will have their own privacy policies which we are not responsible for.

As part of the continual development of our Game we may also ask you to complete optional game related surveys that we use to inform future decisions on the direction of the Game. We may also keep a record of all correspondence if you contact us for future reference.

This information will be used to generate trends within our community and we may provide this non-personal information to third party companies or partners.

Upon visiting our Website we or one of our business partners may collect non personal data (statistics) such as IP address, operating system etc. This information will be used to inform us of browsing habits and patterns within our community. We will also use internet cookies which is a small file stored on your device. This file will let us collect information (statistics) about your visit and your preferences and let us know when you come back to our Website. This statistical data will allow us to be more informed about your visit and our community in general, such as the size of our audience and their usage patterns.

As part of the development of the Game we will also store your save game on our servers to better inform us about the game and how our community is interacting with it.

As we want to bring new updates to you as we develop the Game, upon launching the game we may check your computer to see if you have the most recent version of the game files. We would also like you to be aware that all communication which is sent to us or other members of the community via our communication features will pass through our servers and therefore can be viewed by us. So if you wish to send private information that cannot be viewed by us, please do not use our communication features.

As part of this Policy you are giving your consent to be monitored when using our Website, Game or any other features we provide. To be crystal clear, we only want to do this to make your experience and the overall Game experience better and the majority of data apart from personal Account information is purely statistical.

Storage of Your Personal Information

Any data that we collect will be stored on our secure servers which uses industry standard technology to protect and keep your information confidential. All payment transactions will be encrypted.

We would also like you to be aware that when your data is being sent to us via the internet we cannot guarantee that it is totally secure and therefore any data you send is done so at your own risk. We may provide your data to companies we work with in order to provide you the products and services of the Website and Game, such as email delivery and payment processing etc. While we also generally do not share your data with third party companies we may have to do so in certain circumstances such as if we got taken over. How We Contact You

As per our Marketing Communications Policy outlined in the T&Cs, we do send emails informing you about updates to the Game. You can at any point unsubscribe by a one-click unsubscribe option that is clearly marked at the bottom all our game update emails. Please be aware we may however contact you via email with questions or issues specific to your account.

Children’s Privacy

As outlined in the main T&Cs document we do not permit children who are under the age of thirteen (13) to visit our Website or play our Game. This means that we do not knowingly collect or store any data on children under the age of thirteen (13).

Changes to our Policy

This Policy may from time to time be updated and will become effective as soon as it is made available on the Website. Where applicable we will try to make sure that you are made aware of these updates, but it is your responsibility to periodically check the Website for changes to this Policy, as continued use of the Website or the Game will constitute an agreement with this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
