Greetings CardLifers!
Today we have released a new hotfix to address a few issues that have been with us from launch:
- Fixed one of the occurrences which results in the Server Not Found error when trying to connect to servers.
- Fixed an issue with our server infrastructure so that it will no longer have the issue where buildings fail to load.
Some players are still reporting that they still fail to connect to multiplayer servers and see a 'Server Not Found' error. We have made changes to the client which may eliminate this issue for some players but we believe there are other causes out there.
We're still working as hard as humanly possible to debug all occurrences of this error and fix it. If you still get this error after 12pm UTC 30/10, please send us a support ticket via https://support.freejamgames.com/hc/en-us with a description of the error and your game logs located Steam\steamapps\common\CardLife.
We're going to solve the Server Not Found issue, but we need more of your help to do it.
